About Our Speakers

 

Aaron Davis. Aaron is known for his captivating & high-energy talks on the power of a championship attitude. Through his journey as a cancer survivor, his experience as a member of the 1994 Nebraska football national championship team, and his achievements as an author, Aaron has learned firsthand the importance of maintaining a positive outlook on life personally and professionally.

Drawing from this experience, he shares powerful insights and strategies that empower individuals to conquer their own battles and embrace life with optimism in a world of negativity.

 

David Oxenford. David is a broadcast and digital media law thought-leader and influencer. Representing clients in Washington, DC, for over 35 years, he understands issues crucial to organizations in today’s media landscape. With a wide-ranging practice, David represents broadcasters facing the FCC in regulatory matters and advises clients on transactions and other business matters. He also works with digital media companies navigating music licensing copyright and other content issues.

David’s interest in broadcasting began in college, where he managed The College of William and Mary’s student-run radio station and helped shepherd its application for a significant power increase through the FCC. After graduation, when many of his college friends went on to own and operate radio and TV stations, he became their lawyer.

 

 

 

Ann Kerian. Ann spent more than 15 years motivating people through a camera lens. Now, she takes her talents to another level as an Executive Coach, Consultant, Motivational Speaker, Fundraiser, Recruiter and Author. Ann's a former award-winning Television News Anchor/Reporter. She’s a member of the prestigious National Speakers Association. She was born and raised in North Dakota, where she began her career. She was then on television in North Carolina, Florida, and Iowa. Her current client list ranges from hockey moms to Fortune 500 companies. She has three sons, two dogs and one husband and now lives in Palm Desert, California.

 

 

 

Neal Foard. Neal Foard has spent 30 years in advertising and marketing, creating award-winning campaigns for global power brands like Budweiser, Sony and Nokia. For his work on Toyota, Neal ranked among the top ten most awarded creative directors in the world in 2002. As the author of an innovative talent development series, Neal was named Worldwide Director of Creative Learning for global ad agency Saatchi & Saatchi. He has consulted on creative messaging for Fortune 500 companies and universities and been a featured speaker at TEDx conferences. Most recently, Neal has gained a following on social media for his inspirational videos about the kindnesses of everyday people.
